October 29, 2008: Uganda sends delegation to Tanzania Book WeekA high powered delegation of six Ugandan book sector professionals will represent NABOTU at this year's Tanzania Book Week. The Tanzania Book Week opens on 3rd to 8th November 2008. A book fair has been organised and will take place at the Ubungo plaza in Dar Es Salaam. Other activities including library exhibitions, literary awards are to be held during this period.The visit to Tanzania is part of the regional exchange visits aimed at enabling East African book sector professionals to share experiences and knowledge during book weeks. « Back to News Briefs |
